Homeowners Design Center supervises your project from
beginning to end, ensuring continuity and peace of mind.
Here is what to expect when you walk in our door:
- You are greeted and asked questions to determine
your needs: What is your project timeline? Do you
have any special considerations such as pets, children,
traffic areas? What are your priorities? What is your
budget?
- We make recommendations and show you samples to
help you choose the right products for your needs.
- We fill out a "job sheet" with pertinent
information about you and your project.
- We schedule an appointment to measure the job site
if there are no measurements available.
- At the job site, we inspect your current layout
and design to make sure we understand your needs.
- Later, we draw up a design and a quote based on
materials, labor, and measurements.
- We then review our design with you and revise it
based on your specifications.
- Once you accept the design and quote, we will sign
an agreement and take a deposit.
- We then order the materials and inform your and/or
the contractor of the expected arrival time.
- We coordinate the delivery and installation.
- We follow up after installation to ensure your
satisfaction.
