Homeowners Design Center supervises your project from beginning to end, ensuring continuity and peace of mind. Here is what to expect when you walk in our door:
  1. You are greeted and asked questions to determine your needs: What is your project timeline? Do you have any special considerations such as pets, children, traffic areas? What are your priorities? What is your budget?
  2. We make recommendations and show you samples to help you choose the right products for your needs.
  3. We fill out a "job sheet" with pertinent information about you and your project.
  4. We schedule an appointment to measure the job site if there are no measurements available.
  5. At the job site, we inspect your current layout and design to make sure we understand your needs.
  6. Later, we draw up a design and a quote based on materials, labor, and measurements.
  7. We then review our design with you and revise it based on your specifications.
  8. Once you accept the design and quote, we will sign an agreement and take a deposit.
  9. We then order the materials and inform your and/or the contractor of the expected arrival time.
  10. We coordinate the delivery and installation.
  11. We follow up after installation to ensure your satisfaction.
